As part of the ACM 20th Anniversary celebrations, the association decided to raise money and match sponsorship donations for the Asnuntuck community college Technical capabilities with a new 27,000 sq. ft. Advanced Manufacturing Technology Center. New England Airfoil Products (NEAP) is proud to be a Platinum sponsor to the center.

The technology wing houses more than 90 manual and CNC machines, with metrology center featuring a myriad of computerized measuring machines (CMM), state-of-the-art computer labs with the latest hardware and software, and an additive manufacturing center designed and equipped to ensure this growing technology is made available to the student population.

Asnuntuck Community College has been the model for advanced manufacturing training in the region, the ACM and its member firms took the opportunity to assure future students have the ability to take advantage of this resource raising over $200,000 in contributions.
